Email supportApplyPilot combines broad-market Jooble results with supported public employer sources, including Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee, Amazon Jobs, and verified career pages that publish structured job data. Coverage changes as employers and providers change, so ApplyPilot does not promise every job on the internet.
ApplyPilot takes you to the employer’s official application form inside a secure browser. You review and submit the employer’s form yourself so you stay in control of every answer.
Only the company and role you request are sent for public, source-linked research. Your notes, contacts, dates, and career profile are not included.
Your Resume Profile and saved drafts stay on your iPhone. When you request a draft, ApplyPilot sends the target-job information and professional facts you entered. Your name, email, phone number, street address, and professional links are excluded from generation and added to the exported document locally.
Free includes one Interview Intelligence report and one Adaptive Resume per confirmed account and device. Standard includes five of each per rolling 30 days. Pro includes fifteen of each per rolling 30 days.
Application records are kept in the app’s local store on your iPhone. They do not currently sync between devices.
Open Settings in ApplyPilot. You can export applications as CSV, review and edit an Adaptive Resume before exporting it as PDF or text, delete saved drafts, delete local application data, or permanently delete your account and its local records.
Try the company’s normal name, a related job title, a broader location, or a larger mileage radius. ApplyPilot searches its available sources automatically—there is no hiring-system picker or careers URL to configure. Some employers block public access or publish jobs through a source ApplyPilot cannot index yet.
