These Terms govern your use of ApplyPilot’s iPhone app, website, and related services. By using ApplyPilot, you agree to them. If you cannot legally agree, a parent or guardian must agree for you where permitted.

What ApplyPilot does

ApplyPilot helps you discover listings from supported public employer boards, organize applications, plan follow-ups, and prepare for interviews. ApplyPilot is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or representative of companies shown in search results.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and notify us if you believe your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity through your account. You may delete it from Settings.

Job listings and applications

Listings come from third-party employer systems and may be incomplete, changed, duplicated, or withdrawn. Verify material details on the employer’s official page. ApplyPilot opens that official page for submission; we do not submit an application, promise an interview, or guarantee employment.

AI and research features

Interview Intelligence summarizes public sources to help you prepare. Adaptive Resume reorganizes and rewrites career facts you provide for a target role. Generated material may be incomplete or incorrect. Review every title, date, skill, credential, achievement, and result before using it; you are responsible for ensuring that application materials are truthful. Do not treat generated content as legal, financial, immigration, or professional advice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse ApplyPilot, interfere with its operation, evade access or usage limits, probe security, submit unlawful content, impersonate others, or use the service to violate third-party rights or terms. Use employer application systems honestly and follow their rules.

Your content

You retain rights to information you enter. You give us only the limited permission needed to process information you deliberately send to an online feature. Most application-planning data remains locally on your device.

Beta service and changes

Beta features may change, be interrupted, or be removed. We may improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law, or operate the service responsibly.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, ApplyPilot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that listings, generated material, or service availability will always be accurate or uninterrupted. ApplyPilot Technologies is not responsible for employer decisions or third-party sites. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
